Vanity Bloodline Main Rules

1. Please, we're all here for the same reason, to role-play. So, I'm asking nicely that you all respect each other like you want to be respected in return. The main rule here is "An eye for an eye." So, if you disrespect one member, you will be disrespected in return with a nice warning level that the entire board can see.

2. When you know ahead of time that you're not going to be active because of sports, school, vacations, etc… Please notify either the Staff Members and/or a trusted friend on the site, so we know by the time it comes for the Activity Check, we know not to put your profile on suspension and/or delete your account.

3. Note, you may have more than one character on the site but 5 is the maximum number one can have on one account. Anything more than that is overkill. The first word of the 'Did you read the rules?' is: Here

4. Just because some people are Staff Members doesn't mean that regular members can't help around the site. Help advertise, help other members, and fill out graphic request. BUT if you try and overthrow a Staff Member, when they still you to do and/or stop doing something, please follow the rules or risk getting yourself a warning level. Also, please don't post in member's profiles. I find that extremely disrespectful, if you see something wrong just PM the person and leave everything else to the Staff.

The Role-Playing Rules

1. This is an basic role-playing site and it is required that all role-playing posts must be at least two decent sized paragraphs. The second word is: We. No number of sentences is noted only because paragraphs change with the changing of the subject but just because there is no set number of sentences; don't expect that Staff will be lenient on poorly typed posts.

2. Don't rush others to post and if you're having a major writer's block, take your time in posting. Don't try to rush it all in to please another member. And note, if someone rushes you to post when you've lost you're muse or whatnot, it's considered harassment and whomever is doing the rushing will receive a warning.

3. Try not to God-Mod and/or Power Play when role-playing. Meaning don't start attacking characters and/or taking control of their characters out of the blue. It's very annoying and kills the purpose of role-playing.

4. No killing without permission, unless it is a moderated fight to the death that both members agreed on.

5. It's too late to join a thread after three pages unless you're invited into a thread at a certain time by the members already role-playing in the area.

6. Try to keep it PG-13 and limit the blood and gore, I love it just as much as you do but some people are sensitive to subjects of rape, pregnancy, dismemberment, etc… Which brings us to our Mature Board and/or Red-Light District, all mature rated material goes in that area. Just PM a Staff member for the password. Note, it changes every two weeks. The third word is: Stand

7. Use spell check, please! The fourth word is: Together. Minor mistakes are alright and because of our different regions, I'm well aware that some spellings are different but remember most of the words are still the same. And just note that minor spelling mistakes can change the meaning of a whole post.

8. Limit the swearing and other harsh language to a bare minimum. Fifth word is: In This is the late 1700's you know and most people are formal and the lower the choice of language you choose the lower people will think your class is.

Avatars and Signatures

Avatars - 100x100 pixels OR Smaller

Signatures – 525 x 250

Face Claim – Please no Anime or Manga images. Realistic characters like from the Final Fantasy series are accepted.
