The Noir Family

Located within the very center of Paris, the Noir Family rule this area and the surrounding countries of Central Europe. Their home is of the highest of acquaintances from the more expensive of furnishings fit for a queen to the deadliest of weapons in their underground pathways. This area is open to all of that of pure untainted blood, all others will be shoot and/or slain on the spot and body will be tossed in the river.
